Mode of delivery and carriage costs
All forwardings are done by Swiss Post. For foreigner possibly TNT
Swiss Post according to the mode requested.
In Switzerland, the parcels are sent in Economy mode (distributed
the second next working day) or in Priority mode (distributed the
next working day) according to choice of the user. Another mode
of delivery can be requested from the order with a supplement.
For the sendings in Europe, the user can choose between the mode
Economy, Priority and Urgent. See delivery time under Swiss Post.
The terrariums are not delivery by Swiss Post. A delivery by our care
is possible according to the area under special ammount. Please contact
us for more details.
The price of the parcels is calculated automatically according to the
weight, the selected mode of forwarding and country of destination.
The carriage costs also include/understand the expenses of packing and
handling.
Delivery
The products of stock are dispatched under 24 to 72 hours. If the material
is not in stock at the time of the order, we you would warn about it
immediately and the delivery period can vary according to the manufacturer,
but usually it is necessary to count between 1 and 2 weeks for a restocking.
In this case, all the articles will be sent at the same time.
Returns
If the article is not appropriate to you, you can, within seven day as from the
date of invoice, to make use of your right of restitution. All the returns must
be carried out by the post office with your expenses. The returns are accepted
only in their nonopen paperboard of origin. It is advisable to join a copy of the
delivery order or invoice. No return will be taken into account without these parts.
Refundings are done in the form of note of credit.
Defects and errors
A possible damage of transport must be announced to the conveyor immediately.
The goods delivered by error or in excess must be turned over immediately, or
at the latest in the 7 days (see not preceding, "Returns"). In the event of
nonreturn, the goods will be invoiced.
